It's the summer holidays and we're bored out of our minds. We've been watching a lot of horror films.

What's your favourite horror film? Are there any you would/wouldn't urge people to watch?

Vodoo Moon. No hesitation. Love it!!!

It has the devil in it in the form of a really cute little guy called Daniel. The hero is hot hot hot. Lots of twists and the finale is... Ghasping Amazing.

I Love The Crow but the follow ups are not the best, although IV isn't too bad

They're all a little dated but there are strong stories, a mixture of physical and psychological horror and a fabulous gothic feel that I LOVE

i'm afraid all i really know are the relatively new ones... but ones that actually caused me to lose sleep were the Grudge and Pulse, but in terms of storytelling, i would say The Messengers!

The Grudge was scarrrryyyyyyyy

I cannot watch horror films anymore after watching the Spanish film "The Orphanage" I'm told by others that it isn't that scary but it triggered the hell out of me and maybe scarred me a little o_o So that's a "watch/do not watch under any circumstances" depending on your mood. Ugh, just typing about it makes me antsy.

A classic that was terrifying is ...well the Exorcist. Really scary.

My all-time favorite film is "Aliens".
