I would like to hear anything you might remember about this name since I hope some of it might ring a bell.

I do remember having a few to several conversations with him in a language that is completely foreign but we weren't as close as I was with some others. Some of these conversations could have just been giving messages, but there was this one time when we talked in my favourite relax spot which was a type of garden or courtyard.

Strangely enough, I remember sharing jokes with Azrael.

Well, Azra'el and I were comrades; Celestial Wardancers. He was one of the two angels who served me who I trusted most. Lururiel—the other angel—was like a little sister to me, but Azra'el was like... he was my best friend, or one of my best friends, among the angels. He was indeed quite a dear friend to me; a dear and very, very loyal friend.

We had a great trust between us, and we spoke often. I gave plenty of orders and instructions to him, but we've spoken casually many a time as well. And if I wasn't training with Shuzari, I would train with Azra'el instead, and let me tell you, Azra'el was a pretty damn good fighter!

I actually think—if I remember correctly—that we were talking—casually—once at sunset... and he joked about how short I was (for a female Keeper, 6'2"—my true form's height—is actually a big short). I got a bit pissy and defensive, saying that I was "NOT that short" while crossing my arms. Then he was silent for a short while, about a minute or two, then said something along the lines of, "I'm surprised you're able to reach Shuzari's lips to kiss him when you two make love." and he said it with this snarky smile.

And then I got kinda mad, growled, and shoved him into the pond we were walking alongside. Then I stuck my tongue out at him after he resurfaced, then I walked away.

But we were okay the next day; I wasn't mad at him anymore. We were those kinds of friends; we made fun of each other—in jest, of course—and got mad, but we'd be fine in a few hours or the day after.

Those moments were fairly few and far between though; it was difficult to find a time when we both weren't busy or spending time with someone else. We were still really good friends, and it showed in our occasional teamwork on the battlefield.

That's all I remember, I'm afraid. ^^"

Melari while reading your post I laughed a lot and I was like "yes yes, I remember that". Teasing you was soooo much fun. Very Happy
By any chance do you remember what weapon I wielded? Somehow it seems important. I had some dreams about wardancing but it was quite long ago so I'm not sure how much is it mixed with my fantasy.

Cap it's strange but when it comes to you I have only blank space. When I think about Melari I have very vague silhouette in my mind with some unclear feelings about energy. No memory but at least it's like I knew her but simply cannot really remember. With you it's nothing. Not even the slightest feeling. :/

Uzziel was there a building somewhere near your favourite spot that might have been library? And I get feeling that I behaved kind of cold when you were giving me messages. Since I don't think I had anything against you, it was most likely those messages that made me cold. Any idea about that? I think it was better when it weren't official messages.

Yes Azra'el, it was either outside or close to outside what I beleive was my father's library (who is Uriel) and yes I felt in those memories that I was weary of you because of your behaviour towards me. At the time I was a lot like a soldier who was just given orders and I was supposed to follow them. But other times, I remember us having long intellectual conversations and I even remember watching you train, which from the movements you might have used a sword or two-handed sword but with more speed and agility then any human or for that matter any of the lower angels could do. We were friendly at times but I never allowed myself to get too close to you.

It was NOT fun, Azra'el!

... Okay, maybe it was. XD

We definitely messed around a lot, when we actually COULD that is... But I always had a LOT of fun hangin' around with you. ^^

Weapon? Hmm... I... remember that  you used exactly what Uzziel said you used; a two-handed blade. But you were VERY skilled with it; if you needed to, you were capable of wielding it with a single hand for brief periods of time.

I don't remember anything about Azra'el at this time, but for some reason, reading through this topic makes me feel all "OMG I NEED TO REMEMBER!!!! O.O" I'm not sure /what/ I need to remember, but I think it's as much as I possibly can, and it's not limited to Azra'el either. Need to remember as much as I can about back then. Not sure why this feeling suddenly came up during this topic, but there ya go.

So I went on a walk to clear my head and remember things. At the same time I was also texting with Gabri'el and we were bouncing ideas off of each other...and... WOW! That was definitely one productive walk.

I do remember Azra'el. I remember him having long dark hair and dark wings. He was the mysterious, tall, dark, and handsome type. He had a lot of intensity about him as well.

I have images of us out in the woods scouting and stalking things. Azra'el was a very good scouting partner to have. He moved like a shadow - silent and unseen, and extremely deadly when necessary. I trusted him with my life.

It seems that there were a group of Shadow who went on scouting and spying missions, especially when we were new to a planet (I remember the Shadow being on at least one other planet before coming to Earth) and wanted to see who was there and what was up. I think Micha'el oversaw this. There were probably a few different scouting teams. One of them consisted of Gabri'el, Ari'el, and Azra'el. We would scout out a location, a race, a city. Then we would go up and meet the locals and perhaps start diplomatic relations. It didn't always work out so well, of course, but we were very good at getting out of sticky situations, especially with Azra'el as backup.

I remember near the beginning of our time on Earth, when we were still very new to the place, the three of us were walking in the woods toward this large white castle or city of some kind. I think it belonged to the Sidhe. Then the memory flashed forward to standing in front of the entrance. The guards had their spears crossed so we could not enter. Behind them was Ashtart's face scowling up at us. I think that may be how the Shadow and the Sidhe first met.

@Ari

Coincedentally, I remember that the Keepers would occasionally hang out at a white castle in the woods... O_o

I used to think that it belonged to us, but considering that most of us were almost never THERE (lol), it doesn't make much sense...

Maybe the Keepers had it in good with the Sidhe and we were able to snag a few guest rooms or something? Certainly doesn't make sense that we would actually OWN a castle that we almost never even USED. xD

In any case, I DEFINITELY remember each of the eight of Earth's Keepers having a room specifically in a white castle in the woods.

... Total mindfuck moment, eh? o.o

~Melari

Edit: Also, I get that same kind of image of Azrael. And like I said, he was an INCREDIBLE fighter; very deadly when it was called for!

And he definitely could be rather mysterious, but he wasn't really that way with those he knew well and trusted. He was FAR more open with those he really trusted. At least to my recollection.

Woah! O.O. That's pretty cool! Would make sense that the Sidhe or whoever were letting you stay there as opposed to having your own castle. I wonder if that's where Azra'el met you.

@Ari

I can't help but wonder the same... I unfortunately can't particularly remember if that's where I met him or not.

I do get the feeling though—not a clear memory, but an inkling—that Shuzari and I, and maybe my brother as well, were in the castle at the time, and that to try to relieve some of the tension, Shuzari came outside to play the part of a mediator between the Shadow and Ash/the guards. I may have been watching from my room's window... ^^"

I don't remember what was said though. But I THINK—if I remember correctly—that the guards lowered their spears—hesitantly, mind you—after a time, though I think Ash still looked a bit wary at the time. xD

Haha, yes, it was definitely a tense situation. I remember being quite a bit taller than Ash and probably the rest of the Sidhe as well. This was probably unsettling for them. I also feel like a small crowd had formed around the entrance to the castle. I think they all had their hands resting on their weapons, ready to draw them if necessary. Ash seemed very fiery and suspicious.

What was Shuzari like? I get the faint sense that he was very grounded and level-headed, which of course helped with the mediating... And yes, that seems right. I think maybe he was able to help calm their fears and suspicions a little. At least enough for them to let us in and talk.

That EXACTLY what he was like! Surprised at how spot-on you were... O_o

Yeah. It was quite a commotion, so Shuzari wanted to relieve some of the tension between both sides. I definitely remember him being so level-headed and just plain CALM-sounding throughout the whole thing!

I was definitely the more firey one between the two of us though it took some doing to make me snap and get angry. Shuzari was... VERY capable of keeping calm in a situation that called for it though. x3

Indeed they are! ^O^

I think someone even threw a rock at one of you guys at some point and that Shuzari had caught it before it could hit anyone. He crushed it in his hand and gave a rather pointed look—keeping his composure—towards the one who had thrown it. The look looked like it kinda said a stern, "That is NOT how we treat our guests!" The guy looked scared as ALL hell though! Shuzari didn't even have to say a WORD! XD

The guy sure as hell made sure to behave afterwards! XP

This is AWESOME! Shared memories FTW!!! =D

He's definitely a very likable guy. And I'm not just saying that because he's my soulmate lol! x)

He might seem like he wouldn't hurt a fly, but you REALLY don't want to mess with HIM! ;3

I remember a bit about this situation too. Not much of the city, but I do remember someone who is from your descriptions definitely Shuzari. I appreciated his help. It seems like I was normally quite cold or I simply don't remember all the feelings completely. Looks like my memory kinda refuses all names. I might remember something happening but no idea about who the people there were. And I remember Ash too, to me she seemed like hissing cat Smile (no offence, of course)

Ehm, it seems like I didn't change much from past...

Even my mother ofter told me I'm like Mata Hari, which meant that I'm being unnecessarily mysterious even to her. I really opened only to my best friend.

One time she even forced me to wear bells so that she could hear me walking. Very Happy

Hahaha, yes 'hissing cat' is a good way to describe how I remember her in that situation. And don't worry about not being able to remember names and things. I sometimes have trouble with that, or I know the name but can't remember anything else about them.

LOL! omg, really? hahaha That's great. I can be very quiet too without even trying. I'll walk into a room, just minding my own business, then the other person who is in the room will look up and see me and completely freak out because they didn't know I was there XD

Exactly! That was the main reason for bells.

The Sidhe had reason not to trust the Shadow, and vice versa. There were a series of wars between them that ended only when it was determined that the two were at a total stalemate and would only kill everything if they kept fighting.

The first time I met the Shadow (from that existence) was in a city/castle much like that, you are right. It was a diplomatic affair and I was assigned to show them around the place. I can remember being very excited and bubbly, and I do think Azra'el was there but also the Lucifer.

Yes, I can still be a bit feral from time to time.
