A Possible Conspiracy

A little while back, i was feeling sluggish, like my memories and energies had become disconnected from me. after a few weeks of this, i sought the help of my friend Gabri'el, who then offered me advice to follow. she said i should take some very specific gemstones (all of which i had, weirdly enough), and bathe with them, to let their energies infuse the water and thus me!

after a few minutes of me soaking, wondering if this would work, i felt a tingling in my skin, and soon my entire body was buzzing, the energy thrumming through my veins till i felt like i was singing with it! i began to see things, flashes of memories, of the enemy, of me researching them, analyzing our energies and i think i somehow discovered that the reason we were so evenly matched was because we were literally two halves of the same race, and we were somehow split apart by some sort of powerful magic or ritual. somehow, it divided our essence, cutting everything that was percieved as evil, but they didn't anticipate that all of that would come into being as its own entity every time one of us was born. and whatever they did, it affected our part of the Source as well, which i think is why when we tried to ascend Ishtahar, the source didn't know how to handle the other half present in humans that was missing from us. so, now realizing something was wrong, it shut us off, trying to repair itself.

that's my theory, and i honestly think it's the truth. i'd be willing to hear your thoughts on it, everyone!

It's not a theory I've ever seen advanced before, but that doesn't mean it's not right.
