How Do You Feed?

For those who identify as vampiric out there on the forum, and those who feed (ie: take energy from a source to sustain themselves) how do you feed?

I feed through elemental, emotional and tantric energies. 30% is made up from taking energy from elemental sources such as weather, trees and full moons. 10% is from when I visit cemeteries (which I do to take pictures). Grief and sadness seems to fill me up more than happiness which is why I choose to feed this way. And 60% is made up from tantric, or sexual, energy. It's a little bit embarassing and taboo to talk about it but I honestly can't help it. Even when me and my fiance cuddle I feel the energy pour from him into me and it keeps me settled, happy and satisfied.

Sexual energy is a huge source of power, something that very few people realize... elsewise they'd be much more powerful Hey, talk about it I don't need explicit details but waking up our energy centers with sexual energy is one of the best ways. Right? I think so.

I don't need to feed but I do need to be around energy centers o_o Which is not really the same thing, just throwing it out there in case you were interested. I can't be around "dead energy" places... I moved from a city to an island in the middle of the Pacific, in the U.S. but where people still practice nature rites. The connection to the land is super strong here, which helps me a lot, because when humans don't connect to the land, those energies (gods?) go away.

I traveled to a couple of places 4 months ago. I noticed that Japan also has great energy this way, I could stand to live there. But nature worship is an integrated part of their culture, and there are nature shrines everywhere.

I've met some people who argue that everyone 'feeds' off of the energy during sex but I think there's a huge difference between people who feed off of it and people who feed off of it. Without it I feel really... crap lol. It's not because I want physical, but simply because I love my boyfriend and I NEED TO BE FED lol.

I agree, I dont think people who say that know the difference between an adreniline rush and getting needed energy at all... I dont think they realize that before a vampire feeds in this manner(or in anyway) they are miserable physically and mentally.... sex makes them feel normal. a regular person(or well fed vamp) will feel much more amazing than that after sex. the catch is... the 'high' wont last. it will be like an energy drink for them, get high then crash. where as for a vampire they will get to feel normal and stay that way for a while. to the untrained eye, they would look the same... but they are not at all.

I feed on sexual energy, to answer the original question. If you hadn't noticed ...

I would say my feeding habits are simiar to Capsha but in different proportions.

About 50% elemental
40% from people
10% sex, which is just as well because I'm not getting any right now

I feed myself from the Earth, Celestials and Soma.
Most people around my area are sickly creatures and i'd be hesitant to eat them in a survival situation, let alone take energy from them. Those who would give me their energy do so on their free will, so i have no need to take from them, but even then I find myself making barriers and practicing excercises so am warded by their dreary filth.

I would find someone i deem as sacred to share tantric and dionysian mysteries with, and till that time am perfectly content sustaining myself, and would rather not give my energies and essence to others who return nothing but dirty energy and filth.

Quite honestly, until now, I've never gave much thought as to whether or not I have vampiric tendencies. I'm not sure if this qualifies as being vampiric in any way, but I gave some thought to the question, and realized that physical contact, if intimate enough, seems to give me energy. With something as unsexual as a platonic hug, I can pretty literally feel the energy pouring into my body, and the longer the hug is sustained the better. It feels awesome during, and after the fact, I overall feel more at peace, peppier, and more energized. I haven't really paid attention to whether or not I get energized from sexual energy (not that any of it has been physical as of yet ^^"), but I'll make sure to start paying attention. However, if I'm not mistaken, I don't really get sleepy after my "encounters" with my boyfriend. I just feel really peaceful and... like my energy tanks are full though I don't exactly feel like I'm gonna run a marathon or anything. And I sleep better, at least for the night.

And I seem to be able to feed from affection, mostly and most efficiently if it's directed towards myself. My boyfriend's love and affection for me gives me quite a bit of energy. I feel—again—happier, peppier, more energized, and more at peace—when I'm able to feel it most strongly and thus able to feed off of it.

However, when arguing with my mother has an absurdly annoying tendency to SEVERELY drain me almost instantly (about a few minutes) after the argument is over. It doesn't always happen, and it actually happens much less often than it used to, but it's very annoying when it DOES happen.

I'm honestly kinda thinking out loud with this post, and now that I HAVE thought about the original question more thoroughly, I would have to say that I'm in a position similar to Ash's; I'm not exactly vampiric—I'm not exactly worse off without feeding—but when I feed, I feel SO much better. xD

So while it's not absolutely vital for me to do so, when I feed, it's pretty much 100% off of people in some way, shape, or form. If you wanna get down into specifics, I'd break it down into about 30% direct energy transfer, 60% emotional, and 10% sexual (wther it be from actual sexual acts (currently over the internet only) or just from feeding off of my boyfriend's sexual arousal).
