| This might sound kind of weird, but I was wondering if any of you might know anything about rabbits, in a mythical/symbolic/pertaining to us sense.
That particular animal has come to my attention lately, being used by several artists who I think have some kind of link to us, in mysteriously prominent ways. I can't tell what the reasoning is behind it, though, and it's starting to bug me in that "this means something, and I need to figure it out" sort of way.
I'd be interested to hear if lapines means anything to any of you, and how.

| Here in the UK rabbits, although it tends to be more specifically hares, tend to always be seen as an aspect of the Divine Feminine, a representation of the Goddess and new life, new growth and positive change. The can also show us to indicate that the person seeing them or having a link to them is going through a process of growth, development and change and needs reminding that they shouldnt fight against this change, but should accept it, as they have an innate ability to adapt to the change and make it their own. Chnage can be scary, bit in tbhis instance is it all for the good and will be an enjoable and enlightening process.
Not sure if this will help!!

| Actually Az, that resonates more than anything else I'd heard or found, especially the bits about accepting growth and change. I'm not sure if that's what those artists were personally getting at, but your input seemed to fill my need to know.
Thanks, all! | |

| Don't forget Easter
The goddess Estra is associated with rabbits in their ressurective aspects. Possibly because of their fast breeding cycles rabbits have been associated with ressurection and reincarnation.
One of the major symbols for reincarnation/ressurection is the egg and the bunny brings the eggs. The woman gives birth, the cycle renews.
And don't forget estrogen is named after this goddess.
