Shadow of the Fallen Website

Sorry for the lack of posting and attendance over the past few days, I have been busy sorting out the old website, cleaning it up and sorting through the information that Ish and I posted here. The website is about to be closed down and should vanish from the Internet in the next couple of weeks. However, don't be alarmed, the new website will appear very soon. I am just transferring the domain to a new host and will be ready to build the new website soon after that.

Perhaps this is a good time for all members to think about how they feel about the old website and what you feel would be good to include in the new one once it has been built. I will begin a new thread very soon where your views, opinions and input can be posted.

I have been thinking about this actually.

Now that I have more time I think I will completely re write my story as I now have so much more to tell. Shall I send it to you in word?

I think it would be a good idea to have a poetry section and a section where people can posts their thoughts and ideas.

Well the site has now been deleted and is winging its way to a new host......... fingers crossed that I can start rebuilding the new site soon.

Sending me the re-written piece via email as a word document would be fine, I can add it to the new site easily enough. It won't be possible to have a part of the website where anyone can add something or write something.... the risks would be too great with spammers and others wishing to cause problems. Essentially the forum here is for people to write stuff and share their thoughts. So I will be opening it shortly for any member who wishes to write something for the website, be it poetry, prose, or just their story, in the same way we had ours posted on the old site.
