A vow (unluckyly in German.) Empty
PostSubject: A vow (unluckyly in German.)   A vow (unluckyly in German.) EmptyThu Oct 06, 2011 12:44 am

My last remember of a poem, a vow was while i starred upon a balcony. Next to me were 100 other Generals (or something like that) behind me were mor ethan 4000 soldirs and a man started the vow... i just have it on german, if i try to translate it there occur many mistakes.

Americans tend to only speak English Sad

I don't know about the Brits but we hate other languages, I'm sorry I have no idea what this says.

(Had a guy in Malaysia convince me of that... D: cheeky...)

Going to translate for you, Ashtart:

Brothers to the quick,
Fallen in time.
Brothers to eternity,
Connected by the light.
Brothers to the death,
Fallen together on the battlefield.

We lift the hand for sealing the pact
That we will become one till eternity.
We lift the hand for the vow in arms,
So that we are fallen together on the battlefield.
We lift the hand for the vow of brotherhood,
So that our words will become one.

Hope that will help a bit in understanding the poem Smile
