On the Search for a Place

I am on the search for a place I would be welcomed to. Looking forward to finding friends and receiving some kind words.

As I have been roaming through a lot of forums that could not harbour me I am really looking forward to this new place and save haven.

I am a shadow-elf of the genetic type.
There might be different reactions now, I know. Some might be skeptic, some may do not like me, some might think I am evil, some may have no idea at all.
.... some could be nice as well and try to get to know me

Be sure that I do not need any professional, that I am quite sane if I do not feel quite human and that I am everything but evil.

we try our very hardest here to make everyone welcome and make this a safe and friendly place where anyone of any Kin can come to relax, share thoughts, memories, ideas and be open about how they feel. As you look through the FAQ and different sections, threads and posts you'll see that we have very few rules and guidelines, other than all members must respect each other ..... so where other forums may have let you down, I hope we can accommodate.

As for some thinking you are evil, I doubt anyone would here........ I have been given the label of evil many times over the years, as have other members.......so perhaps you are in good company!!!

If you have any problems or difficulties, please feel free to send a pm to nay of the Moderators or Admin, and we will do all we can to help you and resolve any difficulties.

Welcome to the forum. Like you, I'm not Fallen, but I do fall into what is normally considered a dark and potentially evil category (djinn). I'm looking forward to reading more about you, and your awakening, etc.

Dark and light are such relative terms and I've been known to do, what would today be considered unforgivable things, in past times.

Thanks, Ishtahar. Yes, you are right. Considering the system of duality there can be no light without shadow or darkness, no good without evil.

But I have learned that the acception of duality is just the pre-step to neutrality. A consideration without valuing. It is difficult to achieve. Last but not least there are the people themselves putting labels of value to things or beings, as thinking in drawers.

Demons e.g. are labelled "evil", but in the original sense they were just supernatural beings, rather benevolent than malign. It was Church labelling them to creat "angels and demons" for the believers. So, usually I do not trust in things that are "evil" or "good" and always try to make my own "picture" of the situation, if possible with a neutral evaluation.

Yes, situational "evil" is one of our favorite themes. The victors write the histories down, so many of us aren't as bad was we're made out to be, except in cases where we are. lol Then again, I think my kind might be more prone to "necessary" evil.

Who are the victors?

As far as I know Jinns are not "evil". They are a form of genies, created by Allah (as they are Islamic genies) from smokeless fire while men where formed of a clay bone. And every Jinn has a fellow human to whom it is connected. They are not fallen angels. But (this is now my own speculation) might be something inbetween, a being between angel and human, perhaps rather like a Nephilim?)

In my case, the victors would be Solomon and those like him, but that won't be the same for many here.
