(Poll) By Azaz'el Oct 16 2007 -
As you will be aware, there is the link on the website for a chat room. This is a room that I am creating so that members will be able to chat together in safety amd freedom about all aspects of who and what they are. I am hoping it will be a meeting place for all of like mind to be able to share and get support.
I am trialling a few different chat rooms at the moment and eventually the final room will be available to any member once they have been a member of the site for a little while and have made a few posts. This is so that we can be sure these people are genuine and not just spammers or role players. So each member would be emailed or pm'd the password for use at any time.
However, what I'm wondering is if people would be interested in a monthly session of free chat - perhaps one night per month when we can all, hopefully, get into the chat room together and discuss whatever comes along. This would give everyone a chance to chat to both Ishtahar and myself, as well as other members. Both Ish and I live in the UK, so trying to find a time that would be good planet wide may be difficult, so we could be looking at 23.00 GMT (and then work out what it is for you), perhaps on a Sunday night. If it was to happen, perhaps it could start in November?
Let me know what you think, if you know of any good, free chat rooms, and any ideas you might have. I'll leave the poll open for a litle while for any new members who join.

The poll is now closed.
As you can see from the responses, there seems to be a general consensus that people would be interested in having a regular planned chat session each month in case they are free and want to chat. So Ishtahar and myself will try and get something organised for over the next few weeks. Watch for the announcement if you are interested.
If anyone has any knowledge of a decent chat room service that could be easily attached to this room or the website, could you let me know. I have a few options available to me but none of them seem to quite hit the mark. Thanks,
Az
