The Morning Star Empty
PostSubject: The Morning Star   The Morning Star EmptyTue Aug 30, 2011 9:54 am

I didn't feel justified in asking what anyone remembered of me, until I shared what I could for other people. Thanks to everyone who put their names and memories up already: that took more courage than I was feeling before tonight.

It seems that many, including myself, were intimidated by the Morning Star, so it took this long for me to decide whether I wanted to know! Wink I do, though.

I rarely had any contact with Morning Star. Shem and Az talked about him a lot. I was in awe of him. He was... shiny... not like Twilight vampires but with something on the inside. He commanded attention and respect wherever he went When he was in a room there was no one else in it even if it was crowded.

He had a wonderful sword.

Sorry, that's about it.

I do remember having a conversation with him just before he left when he told me that Az was going to be angry but he needed him to know that he didn't take him with him because he didn't care, but because he did

I think I had a lot of love and respect for you, but at this point I don't remember much else.

As soon as I posted under yours Ish, that I didn't remember if I'd actually spoken to you, I got the hunch that I had, and it had been a rather poignant conversation. Yes, and one of the hardest parts was knowing how much it looked like I was abandoning everyone I loved, when there simply were no words for the idea of angels turning against angels yet. Glad to know I was "shiny" and not "sparkly." ::chuckling::

Thanks, both.

The concept of family for Shadow was somewhat of an alien one, unknown to us, it shouldn't have existed. The essence of ourselves that we used to create other Shadow should never have even brought to mind the idea of family. And those Shadow who were closest to us should not have been family, just other Shadow. Yet for me, the Morning Star was my brother ....... he was physically and literally but also emotionally. I loved him, he was my confessor, my teacher, my ally, my friend. He was always there for me and would always back me up, support me, stand with me. In the very early days before the Grigori, before Sem, before Dan and I, the Morning Star and I spent a lot of time together. So much so that some even became confused as to which one of us was which!

When he Fell I lost my brother, and my respect for those left in the Seven with me. When he Fell I had to act, had to speak out, had to right the injustice....... and so brought about my first Fall and my demotion to Grigori. Yet I would do it again and again.

That's why I was concerned most of all with what you would think when I left, even though I couldn't explain. Angels causing harm to our own kind should have been at least as foreign a concept as familial bonds, and still was then. I didn't think you would understand if I tried to describe my reasons. I should have anyway, and think that doubt turned itself on me, making it so hard for me to say what's really in my heart ever since. You know I did it in the hopes of saving you both, right?

I'm sure that's why you're the one I immediately recognized when I first found the forum. Ashtart jumped out right away too, but your name was what made me join. It caused that mysterious part of me I was so scared of to jubilantly crow "It's him! It's him, it's really him!" I didn't even know why or who I was looking at, consciously, but that joy made me need to find out more.

When I think about you, I see you with golden hair and deep purple eyes, and I want to say that you were exceptionally beautiful. I cannot recall your facial features, but if I would have to describe your angelic form in one word than it would definitely be beautiful.

Thank you.

::chuckles:: You know, when I first got into magick in high school, I was trying to turn my eyes violet for a while.

Much later, but still before realizing who I was, I drew a picture of a vision I'd had. It turned out much different than what I'd actually seen, which appeared to be an asteroid hitting the Earth, and causing a cataclysmic explosion and shock wave. The lines within this thing I drew, going down in a tight spiral, seemed to tell a story in eyes and wings. The eye at the top, which was largest, and the point of origin, was violet.

He was the so called head of the council and also he was the YHWH (God) put over us all in this sector!

I believe you all know of Hitler's predisposition and passion to find and reinforce the roots of the (Arus) Aryian Race and to successfully apply the genome for his implementing of the ultimate race scenerio? Like a Star @ heaven

I think we're all aware of that period in Human history, just can't figure out what that has to do with our evolution now.

It is what we had prevented him (Arus) from doing and that was polluting the genome with our interbreeding of the Human Species with our own DNA! Like a Star @ heaven

Oh. That explains why the mention of that name made me so furious. As far as I'm concerned, any rhetoric pertaining to master, superior, or ultimate races is faulty, and hateful in the extreme.

He wanted workers and warriors not thinkers with a free will in order to complete their life's as independent beings who would have the ability and choice to express themselves. He was and still stands for total dominance over all of mankind! Like a Star @ heaven

I have no memory of Arus, and as yet it rings no bells for me.

As for sacrifices made, we have all gone through pain and suffering, we have all had a part to play for being where we are today. Remember that and move on.
