Certain Children Bound and Sealed at Childbirth

I had a dream a couple nights ago vaguely showing the birth of a child and that his parents promptly had his soul bound and sealed because of what he is. From the feel of the people and their actions, it seems to be a standard protocol. Not sure how often it happens. But they called the child Blue. The parents themselves did not practice magick or display any sorts of spirituality, but as I've learned that means absolutely nothing to awareness, ability, and access to other beings. It's the people who seemingly abhor, detest and oppress it that utilize it the most.

Why would they do this to their own child? They seemed so hate filled in general. What is this "Blue" that they refered to the child as being, and why would they instantly resort to such extreme measures on a new born child?

I feel that you may already know this but I thought I would refresh your memory;

Blue Baby syndrome (or simply, blue baby also can be called methemoglobinemia) occurs when newborn babies have cyanotic heart defects, such as:

Persistent truncus arteriosus
Transposition of the great vessels
Tricuspid atresia
Tetralogy of Fallot
Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection

There was a time long ago and it will be again where children were/will be selectively born with traits that are superior to those of us now that lack any type of the abnormalities that affect the population as a whole!

The more as we the so called population becomes in control of these genetic traits of a being/child will make them feel that there will be less aberrations that would make any baby more acceptable to being born with superior taits rather than those that are being thrown by the wayside and destroyed needlessly.

I've come to the conclusion that everything that has happened to me comes down to just one thing, choice. I for one respect your choice of criticism although, I do not agree with your reply.

The name you so proudly have chosen was once thought to be mine but I found a plethora of others who have chosen the same title of Lucifer and everything that is in titled and attached to it.

We are all equal here but also for a reason and that is to find out more about our true selves. I pray you find what you are looking for. I have although I'm not pleased with what I have done with myself in my past lives!
